We love this stuff, too. Corn Chowder made with both roasted yellow corn and sweet white corn. Throw in potatoes, carrots, celery and onion then add some chicken stock, seasoning and BACON! BACON! BACON!
Heat on the stove in a sauce pan, or in a microwave safe dish. Enjoy as it is or have it over, well, anything. Or nothing. Add some shredded chicken or ham. Garnish with more bacon, more corn and chopped up celery leaves or parsley.
