Just the dressing... not the Caprese Salad!
Sweet, savory and just a little tart - this Balsamic Dressing is thick and almost spreadable. It coats every little piece of your salad with balsamic-y goodness. Made with fresh shallots and garlic, herbs, a little dijon mustard and some sugar and sea salt to balance the acid, then it's emulsified with canola oil. Great on your salad and it's also a great marinade for grilling chicken and veggies!
Vegetarian (no cheese here)
Keep refrigerated and use within 21 days. It doesn't freeze so well.
